You will connect to your drive and purpose and use that to overcome any areas where complacency has taken hold.

You will take an honest inventory of your jealousy and make the mindset shifts you need to pave the way to progress.

Procrastination often comes across as being very busy, but NOT doing the high-priority tasks that will actually move the needle in your business. You will learn to identify and prioritize the tasks that will be the most impactful. You will also identify some reasons why you are procrastinating and work to eliminate them.

Loosey-goosey boundaries can be devastating to relationships and this goes for business as well. Learning how to establish good and healthy boundaries with your clients, with your competitors, and your team is super important. She also took a small hobby craft business to the big leagues with a storefront and 12 employees. After 5 years, she realized a brick-and-mortar store was not her dream, but her creative business is still going strong today and continues to bring in six figures a year!
With more than 20 years as an entrepreneur with both service and product-based businesses, her primary areas of expertise include product-based business strategy, marketing and sales, and ALL THINGS TECH! Before joining Team Allwood as our Social Media Manager, Mackinzie was a top leader in housing and fundraising in the corporate world. She handled all kinds of marketing, advertising, and sales for various industries.
After her second daughter was born, Mackinzie decided to kiss the 9-5 grind and corporate ladder goodbye. As a go-to person for local businesses and start-ups looking for online marketing help, she decided to put her skills to use and turn her passion into a full-time career.
When she's not helping Team Allwood, Mackinzie is a true jack-of-all-trades. She works with her husband on their Agricultural/Real Estate Drone business, helps her family with their crop farm, and alongside her mom and sister as real estate agents.
As a marketing, sales, and communications guru, she handles all things related to those fields in every project she takes on. Mackinzie is multi-talented, with an entrepreneurial spirit that inspires her to continue growing and learning in the ever-expanding world of online and small business operations and marketing.
She lives in (very) rural northern Minnesota with her husband and two daughters, enjoying all that small-town life has to offer.
Courtney Dennee
Courtney is a natural encourager who understands the value of teamwork and bringing your best to the table, wherever that happens to be. She has years of ministry and other servant-leadership experience, which started in her teens and never stopped. She thought she would pursue a career in journalism, but God had other ideas. She studied pastoral ministry, graduated from Bible college, and went on to serve as a nanny and home assistant for more than 20 years.
She has a family of her own that she manages now, with two young kids, a dashing husband, and a dog that’s a lot older than he looks.
With eight marathons and two Ironman triathlons under her belt, she understands personal motivation, dreaming big dreams, and going after them. But most of all, she understands that trusting in God is the best path forward. His plans are always better and bigger.

Nell brings all kinds of experience to the table. She started her first business, a dance studio, when she was just 21! She went on to teach high school math for many years while coaching dance and cheer. While teaching she had many side gigs like cake making, sewing, and more.
She also took a small hobby craft business to the big leagues with a storefront and 12 employees. After 5 years, she realized a brick-and-mortar store was not her dream, but her creative business is still going strong today and continues to bring in six figures!
With more than 20 years as an entrepreneur with both service and product-based businesses, she loves EVERYTHING about helping other small business owners succeed!
Her primary areas of expertise include product-based business strategy, marketing and sales, and ALL THINGS TECH! Nell has yet to meet a new piece of tech or new platform she doesn't love to play with, learn, and teach. Her teaching background also helps her deliver instruction in a clear, concise, easy to understand manner.
Nell lives in McKinney, Texas with her husband of 22 years, Justin, their 4 kids, 2 dogs, and 3 kitty cats.
Mackinzie Burke
Mackinzie is in charge of organization, multitasking, and teamwork at Team Allwood. Her expertise in big-picture operations keeps our processes running smoothly!
Before joining Team Allwood as our Social Media Manager, Mackinzie was a top leader in housing and fundraising in the corporate world. She handled all kinds of marketing, advertising, and sales for various industries.
After her second daughter was born, Mackinzie decided to kiss the 9-5 grind and corporate ladder goodbye. As a go-to person for local businesses and start-ups looking for online marketing help, she decided to put her skills to use and turn her passion into a full-time career.
When she's not helping Team Allwood, Mackinzie is a true jack-of-all-trades. She works with her husband on their Agricultural/Real Estate Drone business, helps her family with their crop farm, and alongside her mom and sister as real estate agents.
As a marketing, sales, and communications guru, she handles all things related to those fields in every project she takes on. Mackinzie is multi-talented, with an entrepreneurial spirit that inspires her to continue growing and learning in the ever-expanding world of online and small business operations and marketing.
She lives in (very) rural northern Minnesota with her husband and two daughters, enjoying all that small-town life has to offer.
Courtney Dennee
Courtney is a natural encourager who understands the value of teamwork and bringing your best to the table, wherever that happens to be. She has years of ministry and other servant-leadership experience, which started in her teens and never stopped. She thought she would pursue a career in journalism, but God had other ideas. She studied pastoral ministry, graduated from Bible college, and went on to serve as a nanny and home assistant for more than 20 years.
She has a family of her own that she manages now, with two young kids, a dashing husband, and a dog that’s a lot older than he looks.
With eight marathons and two Ironman triathlons under her belt, she understands personal motivation, dreaming big dreams, and going after them. But most of all, she understands that trusting in God is the best path forward. His plans are always better and bigger.
Courtney writes now in various outlets including her blog and is working on her first book. She is excited to help as you work toward your own God-sized dreams.
